...but I have been waiting TWO AND A HALF YEARS for this one to have some hair. She loves her little itty bitty pig tails. I do too. 
p.s. don't mind the mess on her face- I pay her in Reese's Pieces to let me trim her nails and she just had a manicure and a pay day.

Oh how cute! My niece was exactly the same way...she was bald for the first 3 years of her life, and then suddenly it started to grow. She is adorable, btw!
